Cancellation Process

• Log in to your Alchemy145 account: After logging into your account click on Manage Subscription. .
• Log in to the Stripe portal: Using the same email of the Alchemy145 subscription you want to cancel.
• Open the stripe email: You will receive an email from stripe to log into the Customer portal. Once in there click in Cancel subscription.
• If this does not work: Feel free to email us at support@alchemy145.com, and we'll cancel the subscription for you.

Data Retention

Upon cancellation your account and data may be retained for a limited time for backup and security purposes, as well as to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
